This project happened to be a collaborative project. everyone was given a topic and my team and I chose to work on a made- up botanical garden that is based in Hawaii. each of us worked in sections. I worked on the flowers while the others worked on plants and butterflies. At the end of this project, we were to separate and create our own logo based off of the designs we made as a group and make it our own by changing colors, and making mockups of our own business cards as well as merchandise.
For the black and white transitions, I decided to keep the similar designs my team and I created and morphed one of each designs into the logo that I have created.
the Ohana Botanical Gardens logo, I merged components from our previous project. Embracing the stargazer lily as the focal point, I blended its vibrant hues into a neon-like design. I then added palm leaves in the backdrop for depth and finished it off with a monarch butterfly on top.
